The 1991 Halloween Havoc was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW). It took place on October 27, 1991, at the UTC Arena in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The main event of the night was a steel cage match between WCW World Heavyweight Champion Lex Luger and Ron Simmons. Luger retained his championship after the match ended in a draw.
Another notable match on the card was a tag team match between The Enforcers (Arn Anderson and Larry Zbyszko) and The Patriots (Todd Champion and Firebreaker Chip) for the WCW World Tag Team Championship. The Enforcers won the match and retained their titles.
In addition to the wrestling matches, the event also featured segments with Halloween-themed costumes and characters, including appearances by Sting dressed as The Crow and Abdullah the Butcher as a vampire.
